Review Title : Texecom Excel Control Panel and Texecom Odyssey 3 Sounder

Review : Firstly the response from Alert was excellent, I had not used them before. However, the equipment was dispatched in a prompt and proffessional manner within the timescales advised. The Excel Panel itself along with the LCD RKP was easy to install and even though the instruction book seems a little daunting at first the panel actually comes pre configured with default settings that will suit the majority of users. In fact the only real changes I had to make was the programming of a Fire Zone.

The Texecom Odyssey 3 sounder was simple to install however I encountered problems with one of the captive fixings.Texecom could eleviate this problem by using a longer fixing and have this installed from the top. This would stop the fixing falling off. Apart from that everything great. Good value and great customer service from Alert, what more could anyone hope for.
