Website Administrator

salary : £13,000 to £16,000 per year 

location : Ilkeston, Derbyshire

job term : Permanent/Full-time 

benefits :up to £16,000 + bonuses + company pension scheme
 


 

Main duties will include, processing website orders and dealing with customer enquiries via telephone and email. Ensuring that any problems and queries are resolved in a quick and efficient manner.

This role is crucial as you are the first point of contact for our customers both email and over the telephone, therefore good inter-personal skills are essential. You will be exceptionally organized to ensure the efficient organsiation of our website adminstration tasks. You will be a good team player with excellent communication skills.

This is a full time permanent position.

Working hours are 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday with the occasional Saturday mornings on a rotational basis.
