Do you think you have what it takes to impress some of the world’s most highly-regarded nature photographers?
If your answer is a resounding yes, read on to find out how you can enter the Alert Electrical photography competition for the chance to win £250 to spend at Jessops, plus other prizes...
Here are the three winners as picked out by our judges Daniel J Cox and Robert Glenn Ketchum!
1st Prize - Dylan MacMaster
2nd Prize - Adam Porter
3rd Prize - Jiri Vachek
Each week, you’ll have the chance to submit your best photos of fire, rain, sun, wind and lightning, ending with a flourish on ‘nature in monochrome’ where you’ll really have the chance to show off your originality and creativity!
Impress the public during the weekly open vote, and your snapshots could be seen by none other than superstar wildlife photographer Daniel J Cox and internationally regarded environmental photographer Robert Glenn Ketchum.
Cox has seen his work featured on the cover of National Geographic magazine on more than one occasion, as well as winning numerous awards and photographing for over 20 books!
Ketchum has spent over four decades in the photography industry during which time he has played a major role in shaping modern, colour photography, as well as raising awareness of critical environmental issues through his imagery.
The winner will receive a massive £250 to spend in-store or online at photography superstore Jessops, plus two runners up will receive an annual (or 3 year online) subscription to Better Photography Magazine for coming in 2nd place and a set of two hardback, coffee table photography books hand-picked by Photography Art Cafe for 3rd place!
