Q. You give an option to collect from a branch, but your website does not say where any branches are. Can you tell me where they are

When you have added the item you require to cart, you then proceed to checkout and enter your address, underneath it has the option to collect from branch. If you click on the drop down menu, it will give you the list of the branches it can be collected from.

Q. On buying elnur 1.7 automatic the checkout says 3.98 for delivery - delivery is meant to be free on elnur. what is the 3.98 for? obviously did not finish purchase. little suprises ruin the trust!

Delivery is free on Elnur products, I am unsure why the website has charged delivery, it is obviously a glitch on the system that shouldn't be happening and these things happen unfortunately, without being informed about it there is little we can do to minimise issues, it is a surprise to us too.
Can you provide an order number so we can look into this and refund any deivery charges.

We dont stock everything on the website at your local branch. To avoid any dissapointment you should contact the branch first to confirm that your website order has been received at the Nottingham branch.
Q. Have tried to make a single purchase of a Dimplex Girona panel heater - without success - on each occasion - having divulged my credit card details to make the purchase an error message comes up with google checkout. I followed the instructions to clear the cache etc but still no success - and reverting to the shopping cart showed me buying variously 2 or 3 of the heaters!
It sounds like a problem with Google Checkout and not our website; www.alertelectrical.com
This is the reason that we provide two means of online payment, you should have more success if you try our alternative online provider Protx which is the default option on our website.
Q. Do you provide a 'white label' service for your web site and drop-shipping to wholesale buyers/resellers?
No we do not have the facility for a 'white label' service, namely selling on and / or rebranding for other seller and websites. Thank you for your enquiry.

We charge VAT to all European countries unless you hold a VAT excemption number. If you do not have a VAT excemption number then we have to charge VAT.
