Q. I have a triton opal 2 the low pressure light is on ive checked the filtres they are clear and the pressure is fine it wont switch on to the high setting

Q. I have a trton10kw electric shower only about 8 months old , the water supply got disconnected by waterboard . whilst i was using the shower, the trip switch on mains electric fuse board went off. after the water supply was restored and i switched the power supply back on , the shower will only work on high not economy and when i slowly turn the temperature control from 1 to 7 the watrer get hots , when on economy the water does not get hot , could anyone help. i have followed the set up manual and nothing different happens . any assistance please ,

Q. We have a Altair thermostatic mixer shower it was installed 2006 and now it drips from the shower head, any ideas as to why please.

Q. I have a triton 300si remote shower. When i pull the power cord no lights come on and no water flows.There is definately power to the remote unit. Is this a heater can failure ?

Q. I have bought a shower off you, an aqua 4000 si and i either get very hot or very cold. This unit is less than a year old and I am having trouble regulating the temperature. Can you advise? Thanks
Galaxy showers come complete with a 2 year on site guarantee. You should contact ‘Customer Services’ on 0845 6005111 who will make an appointment for a service engineer to come and rectify the problem. You should not try to return the shower without first calling out a service engineer as this could invalidate the guarantee.
Q. Could you please send me information on what exactley is included i your Mira Magna UV Digital Shower Control and fittings.Do I have to buy the mixer valve and pump seperatley.
Q. Are 9 litres per minute at 1.5 bar sufficient to run a 10.8kw electric shower? Mira say yes but Triton say that 11 LPM are necessary. Who is right, or is it a manufacturer specific feature? TIA. Tony.
The maximum output of a Triton electric shower is 10.5kw which will mean that a higher water mains pressure will be required to achieve the same water heat/volume at the shower head as a Mira 10.8kw.
I also believe that Mira showers work efficiently which means that they can utilise a lesser flow rate than other manufacturers to achieve the necessary water heat & volume at the shower head.

Q. Model T80si/model number 97800010/serial number 00182716 Switched on shower and water was cold, very weak flow. Switched off on unit and at power switch but water continued to flow. Would only stop flowing when isolator screw turned. Please advise what I need to do to rectify.

No I am sorry we dont offer tax exemption for qualifying equipment for dabled people. You may be able to claim the tax back after the purchase.
