Takex Beam detectors (previously known as Pulnix) include specialist beams, such as covert beams for discrete use, reflector beams (now available as an external product) ideal where supplying power to both ends of a zone is difficult, long range beams (up to 600m) mainly used on military and aviation projects, intrinsically safe beams ideal for the petrochemical industry, twin beams for building and aperture protection, and the flagship product the Intelligent Synchro Quad range. A range of beams offering up to 200m external coverage using a lattice of 16 beams for minimum false alarms, also featuring environmental outputs for early warning of adverse conditions. The range encompasses variations such as an anti-crawl model for high-risk environments such as prisons, and a low current version with the option of utilising solar panels and batteries to overcome power supply problems.
Takex Standard Twin Beam Detectors (Single Channel)
The TAKEX ‘TWIN’ photoelectric beam is designed to meet the highest quality and reliability standards in photoelectric beam intrusion detection. Unique twin beams are synchronised in order to reinforce the range and stability in severe weather conditions. The system has a rotary optical system for easy installation and a special lens design for accurate alignment
Takex Intelligent Synchro Twin Beam Detectors (4 Channel)
The “INTELLIGENT TWIN” beams have 4 separate selectable frequencies for stacking up several sets without crosstalk.
Takex Long Range Standard Twin Beam Detectors (Single Channel)
Same specification as the standard twin beam detectors but in the larger housing with extended 100m external and 200m internal range.

Takex intelligent quad active beam detector, single frequency selectable beam strength selection, auto-gain lock, alarm memory (can be manually reset), frost proof cover, alarm output Ic format
