Videx 4000 Series Double Flush Module Housing

Videx 4000 Range of Front Supports with Flush Back Box and Polycarbonate Hinge.

The module housing frame is manufactured from one piece of die-cast aluminium alloy which gives substantial strength to the outdoor station. This is finished in an embossed metallized gun-metal grey as standard while the module front plates are mirror finished stainless steel. This provides a very pleasing effect which is extremely rugged. Other finishes are available by special order. Modules are attached to the module support frame using a simple but strong clip system, the fixing system of the front panel to the back box (flush or surface) is by torx pin machine screws. The module support frame is provided with a waterproof gasket and security screws for fixing to the flush back box. The module support frame (flush or surface) is hinged to the back box. This allows for ease of installation and connection as both hands are free.

4000 System Overview

The 4000 series has been designed using the latest 3D modelling software. The new design is characterised by a number of new features: The modules with front plate and push button are manufactured in mirror finish stainless steel. The frame (which is also the module support) is manufactured from one piece of die-cast aluminium alloy which gives substantial strength to the outdoor station. Modules are attached to the module support frame using a simple but strong clip system. The fixing system of the front panel (flush or surface) uses torx pin machine screws.

The modular system consists of 3 main items:
-The Modules.
-The front supports (for flush mounting).
-The surface mounting units (for surface mounting).
