Dimplex Electronic Panel Radiators - The Calidou Range

The Calidou "soft" heating is an innovative heating solution aimed at providing an exceptional level of comfort to living areas by providing a carefully balanced combination of radiant and convected heat, similar to that of a traditional "wet" radiator.

This is achieved by having two different sources of heat in a single appliance, which operate separately and yet are complementary, through electronic control unit.

For mild autumn or spring days, the radiating front panel provides comfort within the room. At the first cold spell the cast iron elements automatically provide back-up heat. During the cold winter months the radiating front panel and cast iron elements work together to maintain this "gentle heat".
