A 2 wire fire alarm system costs more to purchase than a conventional system but repays that expense with a considerable saving in labour costs. The detectors combine a sounder and operate on the same two conductors as the Easyfire Call Points, saving up to 40% of the final installed system costs. Each detector has an 8 bit Motorola processor on board controlling the sounder and intelligently self calibrating signals from the high quality optical chamber and the heat detector element. The detector can be set to one of 7 detection modes so instant changes can be made according to developments and making the initial choice of equipment much simpler.

The Easyfire Twinflex control panel range offers a complete solution for your fire alarm system, all on just two wires. Twinflex control panels are available in 2, 4 and 8 zones. The 2 and 4 zone panels are controlled by access code and the 8 zone is controlled by key switch.

The key to the Easyfire system technology is the Multipoint, multi-criteria detector. It offers seven different selectable modes of fire detection in one device, including a 90dB(A) alarm sounder; any of which may be selected at installation by way of a dil switch on the detector. Each device has the additional facility of a built in end of line fault monitoring feature eliminating the need for seperate modules.
