Knipex 165mm 1000v Fully Insulated Cable Shears

165mm cable shears. Expert quality tested to 10,000v and insulated to 1000v A.C. and 1500v D.C. for live line working. Manufactured from  high grade tool steel oil hardened and tempered.  Smoothly ground heads with cutting edges seperately induction hardened to 60 HRc for cutting, stripping and dismantling.  Heavy insulated handles with slip guards for extra comfort and safety.
