We do not offer telephone support as we felt we could give better service by live chat or email. The aim is

Do you offer a price matching service?
We try our best to offer items at the lowest prices possible, this is why we are unable to offer a price matching service.
What is the standard delivery time?
Delivery time can vary depending on what you have ordered. We aim to despatch all orders as quickly as possible, but sometimes due to either stock levels or other unforeseen reasons this can be delayed. Once despatched the carrier delivers using a next day service or if it is heavy goods being delivered on a pallet, 48 hour service.

How much is delivery?
Carriage is free of charge for all standard orders over £90.00 + VAT to most mainland UK destinations. Orders under £90.00 but over £45 we charge £4.00 + VAT. Orders under £45.00 we charge £6.00 + VAT. This is based on next working day delivery if the order is received before 12pm (Mid day). Orders despatched on a Friday will be delivered on the following Monday. Please note that delivery next day is only possible if the goods are in stock, we do not guarantee next day delivery, the carriage charge for orders under £45 is a subsidised charge to cover the cost of transport.
There will be an extra charge to the highlands and islands of Scotland, northern Ireland and other islands around the UK. If you are not sure if an extra carriage charge will be applied you should enter your address in the checkout for an instant quotation.
The full carriage charge will be quoted at the cart page and the checkout page once your UK postcode has been entered. Items marked heavy goods are despatched by pallet.

Do alertelectrical offer discounts for multiple purchases or high value orders?
Our prices are as competitive as we can make them, I am afraid this means we are unable to offer a discount for multiple purchases or high value orders.
What happens if I have ordered the wrong item?
If you have ordered the wrong item or an item that doesn't fit it is down to you to return the item to us. However we would draw your attention to the Distance Selling Regulations (DSR) that require you as the consumer to have honoured your duty of care for the products within the cancellation period. Because our range of products and prices are constantly being updated, we do not offer a brochure
How do I cancel an order?
E-mail us on support@support.alertelectrical.com. Include the order number and your full name and address in the email. You will receive an email confirming that your order has been cancelled. If you do not receive an email then the order has not been cancelled.
