  Never been so disappointed with anything in my life. Bought three of these for a small granny annexe to our house. Operated them for 6 days 24/7 and still required to bring in a oil filled radiator to supplement heating(and that was before the snow). We bought these to replace black solaris glass fronted heaters(1kw) that we were very happy with but did not have a programmable timer over 24 hours. We have now put back 2 solaris black glass fronted radiators and the difference is amazing. Okay they may cost a bit more to run but at least you will not freeze. Alert electrical were very good to deal with and efficient in their communication and delivery, it was the product that did not meet our needs or expectations. Yesterday gave them away for nothing to a friend as I would have thought it cheeky to take any money since I thought they were so not fit for purpose.

  I tried a couple of these heaters for bedrooms at first, as I had no central heating. I was so pleased with them that I have now furnished the whole house with them, which has been infinitely cheaper than putting in central heating, has caused no disruption and is surprisingly reasonable to run. In the very coldest weather I run them continuously, day and night .Alert Electrical have provided prompt, efficient and best value service.
