I bought this to switch on a LED light in my kitchen as a safety light at night. Pros: The unit fitted into an existing tube fitting with ease and works as described. Cons: The big problem with this device is is rarely switches off. I have pointed the sensor at a number of different surfaces within the kitchen including the white wall (yes I have also waited for a couple of minutes as it can take time to switch off) but it still stays on. I now have it aimed out of the window and it will go off on a sunny day but it will remain on on a normal to dull day. Obviously the 70lux factory fixed setting isn't appropriate for me. If this unit had a variable control for setting the lux it would be a 4 star product.
