  Excellent and speedy delivery, item arrived 2 days after ordering and arrived before 12.00 noon. No problem in assembly as the bricks are packed in separate boxes of 2 bricks per box, easy to follow the instructions supplied. No separate fixing panel to wall which is easy to do as well compared to my old heater. I will be recommending your site to my friends.

  Excellent idea for space heating. The convector is a good back up for late evenings in cold weather. Remember that it needs two sources of power, economy 7 and normal, both within easy reach.

  The heater was delivered with no instructions inside the box to install the product or general use. A couple of the wires were not connected properly. Apparently the item shouldn't have left the factory in this state. The delivery company couldn't tell us whether it would be am or pm for the delivery. The technical support team promised to send us a picture of where the loose wires should go, but didn't do so on the day they promised. Had to do a lot of chasing to resolve the above issues.

  I was recommended by a friend about your online site and must say it has ben so easy to use, also the speed of delivery (5days) was quicker than if I had gone and bought them from a local dealer. The heaters are also great looking and we have only just switched them, but look forward to being warm and cosy this winter.
