  Very prompt delivery, lights look really good when fitted but unfortunately one of the glass shades shattered when screwing onto base, it must have had a fault because we followed instructions as to not screw on too tightly. I Emailed Alert Electrical and had a quick response which said they would send another shade in the post the following day, which they did, really pleased with their no quibble replacement.

  Service from Alert excellent. Unit does the job in situ adequately and the finish matches adjacent stairs, although the size of the glass is somewhat gross compared to the length of the supporting arm. I think I could design a much more beautiful corner light which would be as simple to manufacture. It is amazing that there are so few (affordable) ones on the market.

  The goods came promptly, the price was excellent, should i need any further electrical goods i will certainly be back to artelectrical.

  The goods came very promptly, at a good price. A large white gasket was missing (the manufacturer's omission, not Alert's). There are two gaskets, one white and large, the other black and small. I carefully asked for the large white one, but a replacement small black one was sent. Good marks for the prompt response, bad marks for getting the wrong gasket.
