Honeywell Informa speech dialler.  It has 3 programmable trigger inputs.

The Informa is a keypad unit that has the capability of dialling prerecorded speech messages over a telephone line. It is installed in your intruder system so that when your alarm system detects an intrusion the external siren will sound to alert your neighbours and the Informa will dial a programmed telephone number and replay a recorded speech message to alert someone else to the intrusion. For example, Informa can contact a friend or relative who lives close to your home, who can investigate the alarm and call the police if necessary.

Many modern machines and other devices include an output that changes state when it detects an out of condition event.  For example it could be used as a flood alert, over or under temperature alert, to monitor machines, medical cabinets, vending machine stock levels, and of course for burglar alarms or fire alarms.

  Very good bit of kit and easy to install. I did think when i bought it that it was a remote LCD panel for switching the alarm off and on as well as dialing my phone.
