Manrose Commercial Range Extractor Fans

Manrose commercial range extractor fans for flush wall mounting. Available in 3 sizes; 150mm (6"), 230mm (9") and 300mm (12"). There are two models; the standard unit has fixed louvres that also provide a natural source of trickle flow ventilation when the fan is switched off. The automatic model with thermo-activated internal backdraught shutters open shortly after the fan is switched on.

These built-in wall fans have been designed for flush fitting in external walls, fitting through wall thicknesses from 155mm up tpo 300mm thick. The internal and external grilles are made of a single tough moulding. This greatly reduces vandalism and increases building security whilst only 23mm in profile. They have a 50mm flange for a smooth finish, which will blend unobtrusively into most backgrounds.

For the 230mm (9") and 300mm (12") models power is provided by a 4 pole single phase induction motor with pre-oiled bearings for a long maintenance free life. The 150mm (6") version is fitted with a shaded pole motor with ball bearings.

The 150mm (6") fans are not reversible and should be used with the COMTSCV (See associated products) variable speed controller. The 230mm (9") and 300mm (12") fans are reversible and should be used with the COMTSVR (See associated products) reversible variable speed controller.
