  First I must say that the service from Alertelectrical was first class, however the product seems to have a problem with the thermostat. The product was delivered on time and well packaged, but the heater did not switch on irrespective of where the thermostat was set. On contacting alertelectrical who were very apologetic said they would send another unit which they did very quickly. The replacement unit heats up very well but does not switch off when the temperature set is reached. If set at 5C it stays on even if the ambient temperature is 12C. For what I use the unit for I can live with this problem.
