  As a householder self-fitting the alarm system I am exceedingly pleased with the Infinite Prime system and, in particular, the ability it offers to add components easily. Living in a long house with stone walls I am particularly impressed by the radio penetration which I was worried might be a problem (though I note the repeater). I now have 16 zones of various types. The only thing I was not expecting was the wireless alarm which takes a 12v feed from a stepdown transformer (provided). The only (minor) problem this presents is not being able to get my electrician to go up the ladder and fix it - he would have done if it were 240v.
