  excellent alarm, had this alarm in my old property for 7 years and no problems. bought the alarm for my new property 6 months ago, slight modifications but very similar design, again runs great. upgraded this time to include the comms unit so that I know if the alarm has been activated! Great, would definately recommend this product.
