ADE Simple Set reader and Keyfobs

Simple Set Security is a terminology and philosophy adopted by ADE to address the ever increasing complexity of security alarm systems. The Simple Set reader is a neat, compact and stylish product that can be installed discreetly to blend in with the considered aesthetics of a domestic residence. The unit obtains power from the local control panel and allows the alarm system to be SET/UNSET by the single and deliberate presentation of an ergonomically designed Proximity Keyfob – allowing 100% accuracy in the operation irrespective of the user.

Features

No batteries required
All Keyfobs operate without batteries and take their power inductively from the reader, when they are placed in close proximity.

Multiple user
Up to 8 individually coded Keyfobs can be programmed, allowing for multiple user access where needed.

No master keyfob
The system is programmed without the need of a Master Keyfob and allows for complete program flexibility from any user fob, without impairing security of the system.

LED indicators
The reader contains multiple LED indications to aid programming and exhibit full indication as would be seen on a G4 Control Panel or associated keypad.

  Bought this to go along with Accenta G4 panel and LCD RKP to make it easier for my daughter and our main keyholder who always seemed to forget the PIN. Instructions could be a litlle easier. I ended up doing a colour wiring plan and it worled first time. Just one wee niggle, the LED's on it are twice as bright as those on the LCD RKP and for the frist few days caught my eye through our internal glass door to the hallway where the panel is fitted! Does its job
