Scantronic 9651EN Hard Wired Security System Grade 2X with 9941 remote keypads. 

Alert description:  Scantronic hard wired 8 zone expandable control panel.  Importantly it conforms to PD6662:2004 Grade 2X system requirements suitable for NACOSS installations.  It has a host of features and expandable options, please see the manufacturers descriptions below.  We have also included a table at the bottom to allow you to compare the specification of the different Scantronic alarm panels.

Manufacturers description

The Scantronic 9651EN is a fully programmable, 8 zone security alarm panel designed to conform to PD6662:2004 Grade 2X system requirements. It uses conventional hard wiring and does not have the capability for wireless devices.  

The 9651EN is ideally suited to both home and small commercial security applications, combining maximum flexibility with ease of use to provide optimum security when and where you need it. 
Simple A, B, C and D setting buttons let you to split the system into four areas, enabling you to set the whole, or just parts of the alarm protection.

Up to 4 attractive remote keypads can be added to any system. The 9941 LCD remote keypad (supplied) or the 9943 with Proximity interface and the ability to connect to a remote AX10 proximity reader. The 9941 and 9943 keypads (as pictured) use a 4 or 6-digit PIN code to control system operation. Each 9943 remote keypad comes complete with a key-ring proximity tag. Where a system has been installed with 9943 keypads an AX10 remote proximity unit can be installed up to 50m away from the keypad to give proximity and AX10 functionality.

A 9651 panel can be connected to any speech dialler or plug-by digital communicator via its integral communications output socket. Its three fully programmable outputs further enhance system flexibility. A 700 event log, fully date and time stamped to comply with the Association of British Insurers requirements, provides a complete record of system operation and service information.

  Second one now installed,this one for my own house. Came with the 9943 keypad which is excellant value for money with the 9651 Hardware first class manufacured, Easy to install, esy to set up. Very flexible. Need time to get info from the manual, having to skip about the pages alot. Once you get the drift of how it is structured its easy peasy first one installed for a friend and never failed him yet

  I'm not an alarm engineer and purchased the 9651 to replace my domestic Ademco Accord system which had a failed PSU (not an uncommon fault I'm led to believe). This is the first system I've installed but I found that by carefully following the installation guide everything went right first time. The programming was just as easy although I did change some things later with the benefit of hindsight. I would definitely recommend this panel and the service from Alert Electrical was excellent.

  Hi guys i have been using alert electrical for many years now, customer service has been brilliant and service excellent, regards to this panel i have used it many times and always have to be honest , dont have any problems with it and very easy to use. Would recommend this panel to be installed in domestic properties and also commercial properties aswell 10 out of 10

  There are not many domestic alarm panels that give you the versatility of installation that this panel offers. Firstly and I think most important is the FSL facility(Fully Supervised Loop) There is nothing more frustrating to a maintenance engineer than to be confronted with an alarm panel with a tamper fault on a global tamper system, because it's very difficult to track down. FSL will indicate where the fault is on the keypad saving a lot of time & effort, and is easier to install. This panel has all that is required for a grade 2 system and is thoroughly recommended

  I installed one of these in my house 5 years ago. (I'm delighted to see that they are still made). I just wanted to say I'm delighted with it. I wired it all up very carefully after spending some time understanding what I'd bought and designing the layout around the house. It has been completely reliable. No problems whatsoever. I have no hesitation in recommending this, so long as the buyer realises this is a professional system not something you can put together in 5 minutes. It's very flexible. It will do whatever you want it to do. Also, not a single false alarm in 5 years.

  Really good system. Make sure you know what you are doing as it can be quite difficult to program.
