Looking for that designer look?  look no further than the Dimplex GFP Girona range of panel heaters.  Available in either a black or white glass front they have a highly accurate electronic thermostat and heat rapidly.  They are also IPX4 rated suitable for bathrooms and wetrooms and also can be used in conjunction with the large range of Dimplex add on heater modules, see below.

Manufacturer Description

Dimplex Girona panel heaters have a super stylish black or white glass front panel.  Slimline at just 100mm deep and highly accurate electronic thermostats with the option of plug in add on controls.  They have an IPX4 splashproof rating suitable for bathrooms or wet areas.

Electronic Control

Dimplex Girona glass panel heaters feature highly accurate electronic thermostats, providing superior comfort and operating efficiency.

As the room temperature nears the desired set point, power to the elements is reduced, and the room temperature closely monitored to an accuracy of less than 0.3oC, minimising overshoot and temperature drift, resulting in better energy-efficiency and user comfort.

Controls

1 Thermostat control
User selection of room temperature from 5^oC (frost protection) to 30^oC using slider control. Slider can be locked in position if required.

2 Power controls and indicators
Soft-touch on/off button, together with indicators showing when power to heating is on and when element is operating.

3 Plug-in control modules (optional)
A range of optional plug-in control modules, which can be removed from the heater for easy programming, provide the flexibility to meet a wide range of control specifications:

• 24-hour Digital Timer (RX24Ti)
  1 timer required per heater. Provides 24 hour programmable on/off control.
• Single Zone, Pilot Wire Programmer (RXPW1)
  Controls up to 10 slave heaters linked via pilot wire. Provides 7 day programmable on/off control.
• Runback Timer (RXRBTi)
• 1 timer required per heater. Provides installer programmable runback time upto 4 hours (in 30 min increments.)
  Can be locked into heater.Choice of two finishes to match panel heater:
  RXRBTi - White, RXRBTiB - Black
• Multi-zone Control
  Compatible with Dimplex 4-zone pilot wire and mains borne signalling controller. (RX9913 receivers required for MBS system)

  I've bought 7 of the dimplex panel heaters so far, I'm currently changing my central heating from oil-fired to electric (cleaner, quieter and an energy security based decision). I'm using the heaters with heat senors and a control panel and apart from looking sylish I've found them to be quiet, very fast to heat up the rooms and most importantly to be very economical. Friends have commented on their stylishness, especially the black heaters and they've said that the white heaters look almost anonymous on the walls painted with light colours.
