  Very good communication and quick delivery. Looks stylish, very easy to install by a professional, took 20mins but not quite as powerful as I would have liked. However a very good price and would use supplier again. Would definitely recommend them.

  I bought a triton t100xr 8.5w great price & prompt delivery from Alert. UNFORT UNATLEY THE SHOWER BROKE DOWN after just 3WEEKS Contacted Triton customer services who said their engineer would call in 9 DAYS ! I think thats far too long to be expected to manage without a new shower, I e-mailed them a week ago to complain but I have,nt recieved a reply,SO BEAR THIS IN MIND when buying from Triton.!

  Delivery was next day. Got shower fitted a week later, but faulty. Contacted Alert and they said I needed to call Triton direct. They sent an engineer within 2 days and the guy fitted a new circuit board. Excellent service and great shower - now!

  I purchased the 10.5Kw version and my advice to anybody contemplating purchasing one of these is IF your power cable is 10mm or you are installing one from new and you are using 10mm cable then invest in one of these. Excellent performance for a great price. DO NOT INSTALL ONE OF THESE 10.5Kw SHOWERS ON A 6mm CABLE. THE CABLE IS JUST NOT BIG ENOUGH TO CARRY THE AMOUNT OF POWER THAT ONE OF THESE SHOWERS USE. ( PS Don't forget your RCD and bonding ) If you are not sure how to go about installing one of these contact a qualified electrician.

  Shower works great now fitted, had to drill new fitting holes as different from previous Triton model. 'Instatrim' purchased to deal with this issue didn't really help and I ended up not using it. Very happy with the price. I opted for collection from Leicester branch as I was in a hurry to fit. I wouldn't recommend this. The shower was not in stock at Leicester and deliveries to this branch are on a friday so I ended up waiting a long time, it would have probably been much quicker to get home delivery. The website also contained no directions or contact details for the Leicester branch and I had to find this information from other websites. I had to contact Alert to find out this information, at times I phoned during stated opening hours and got answering machine. I therefore wouldn't rate Alert's communications highly at all. I would buy from Alert again if the price was right but would definitely opt for home delivery next time.
