Dimplex XL manual and XLS automatic storage heaters.  Available in 3 size, 1.7kw, 2.4kw and 3.55kw. They are suitable for a wide range of uses, both domestic and commercial.  If a total heating system is being designed, these storage heaters match the PLX range of electric panel heaters.

The UK’s slimmest and most popular storage heaters offer performance, economy, ultra slim design and maintenance free reliability. The XL and XLS are suitable for a wide range of domestic and commercial applications. The heating level of the XL range is adjusted by means of a variable input control, which the occupant sets in line with the changing weather conditions.
The automatic XLS range offers improved comfort, economy and ease of use, with a sophisticated automatic charging system to ensure the level of charge is adjusted to compensate for changing weather conditions without the need for user intervention. At the heart of this system is the patented Twin Sensor®*, which meets the requirements of Building Regulations Part L1, which requires all electric storage heaters installed in new build to be fitted with automatic charge controls.

 

Energy Saving Features

• XLS range features automatic charge regulator,which automatically adjusts the level of input charge to compensate for changing weather conditions without user intervention.
• Running cost savings of up to 15% can be achieved using automatic controller compared to manual static storage heaters.

What are Heavy Goods?

Carriage is shown at the checkout stage and is charged at the cost price of a pallet based on a 48 hour delivery service to most locations, more remote locations can be longer because of the logistics involved.  All storage heaters, except mini-bathroom storage heaters, are over the standard carriage weight of 30kgs.  Carriage is calculated based on your postcode and the number of pallets that will be necessary to despatch your order  (e.g. The cost of delivering 4 storage heaters could well be the same cost as delivering 1 storage heater if it is possible to get 4 heaters of the size ordered on to one pallet). We work on a maximum weight of 500kgs per pallet which will be delivered by lorry. It is your responsibility to unload the pallet.
