Our electrician had no problem putting the towel rail on the wall. We are very pleased with our purchase. It looks very smart and quickly warms a small bathroom making it very cosy.

This product is very heavy so the electrician had to put it on the wall with butterfly bolts and he said they were about 10mm out from the measurements given in the instruction booklet but nevertheless, it went onto the wall an works fine. Iv'e been told (by my electrician) that it is an energy efficient product, only takes half an hour to warm up and once it gets going it does get really warm in the bathroom. We can turn it on manually as we have a spur with a switch so we didn't experience any of the problems that other review writers have written (controllers, Interfacers etc), I just wished it wasn't so pricey.

Very nice towel rail. I didnt use it with a specific Dimplex controller, I just wired it up to a timer which works very well.

I bought this towel rail as the website infers it can be wired into the Dimplex controller and therefore zoned - it cant. To do this you need a seperate interfacer, when I queried this with Dimplex they agreed that the control options did lead you to believe this however the tech specs state an interface module is required - they dont!
