  the alarm ordered came very quickly. it is a very fair price . the alert logo looks good . it was very easy to fit the remote box looks good. very happy the system is working great thanks john.

  i have purchased texecom. and ade optima alarm kits. and no problems at all second to none service on products and alert the service is the best ive ever known. no cocky clever salesmen and always the best price to and if you do have alert sorts it out straight away brill pease ov mind. and been honest id never purchase anywhere else. just to say i am relieved to say goodbye to the electrical supplies. thank you alert keep it up.

  Excellent! easy to install alarm system. i'm very pleased with it and i would recommend this to everyone as it's at a very good price. But i would say that you should order extra 2 pir as it is more protective. Fantastic product! and im happy they answered very quickly, deivery came quick and i was overall really happy!

  Very good quality alarm, excellent price and fast delivery with excellent tech support which I used by phone and e-mail. I would highly recommend getting the sound bomb and dont forget to purchase the PIR brackets as they dont come in the kit. the bell box looks much better and more professional with the logo printed on the front and is worth the small extra amount.

  I have this alarm fitted for more than 15 years and has been excellent with 2 new batteries in that time the bell box failed this week so I am having a new one fitted this week end, the control panel letters have worn out but the company sent new ones free of charge, excellent product no other problems

  I can’t really fault these kits we have been installing the Texecom R8, series of panels along with the reflex PIRs for years now with very few problems they are fairly easy to set up and very user friendly they are definitely my preferred system at the moment as for the bell box sticker we have our own printed so its not an issue for us but they are excellent value and would certainly recommend.

  I'd heard that the Texecom alarms are one of the better ones on the market and on this advice decided to buy one . I have to say although not experienced at installing alarms I had no problems with installing and commissioning it and was pleasantly surprised with the ease at which the job went . The only real problem , as is always the case is in hiding the cables . However there are some nice decorative trunkings around and it all looks pretty good . I was a little bit wary of buying an alarm off the web but again was pleasantly surprised by the service from Alert . The kit was delivered on the day they said it would be but it did arrive with a plain bell box instead of the signwritten one . When I emailed them a guy called Kevin phoned me and sorted it all out so the new one was delivered the very next day . All in all I was pleased with alarm ( for the price can't be faulted ) and the service from Alert Electrical ( and no I don't work for them ! ) and would recommend both the alarm and Alert to anybody .

  Excellent system, easy to install & commission. PIRs and remote keypad very unobtrusive. External siren box very noticeable esp with printed cover. (Had to phone to get the "ALERT" print on it, did not appear to be available in the kits via the website but nice lady on phone said "no probs".) A FIRST CLASS WIRED SYSTEM AT AN AFFORDABLE PRICE. Alert response: The KIT4ALERT has now been added as an option for purchase
