  Excellent service from Alert Electrical, although they did forget to include my £10 promotional voucher from Tesco in my parcel. Contacted them by email regarding this and they appologised, and I received my voucher within a few days. Then had to send the voucher off to Triton, but they were so quick returning my £10 gift card that I was more than pleased. Very pleased with my shower. I didn't fit the shower myself but was told it was easy. Looks pretty good although I wish I'd gone for the slimline version but I was on a budget.
