Returns Policy

Goods that are received damaged must be reported to us within 24 hours. We will either exchange them or provide a full refund. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

If you would like to return an item purchased from our online electrical wholesalers catalogue, for whatever reason, return it to us within 14 days of the delivery date together with the original packaging in 'Saleable Condition' and we will provide a refund less a 15% returns charge (excluding VAT@17.5%). In the case of non-stock items we cannot authorise a refund until it has been authorised by the manufacturer. We will not be responsible for the cost of return postage or delivery.
