Important Notice: Due to Brexit customs complexities, we have stopped direct shipments to the Republic of Ireland.
To receive your order, we recommend using a freight forwarding service like Air Business and entering their address as your delivery address during checkout.
If you are paying with PayPal, please also use the freight forwarders address.
Heavy Goods
These products are over the maximum weight for standard carriage charges. The extra carriage is quoted at the cart and checkout pages. The goods will be sent by pallet on a 3 working day delivery service or longer for European delivery. Access for a lorry is required and because the delivery is made by an external haulier they will only deliver the pallet using a tail lift and pallet truck, it is your responsibility to unload the pallet and take the goods inside.
Direct Delivery Goods
We have an arrangement with some manufacturers where the goods are dispatched by the manufacturer direct to you for mainland England and Scotland. Orders outside of these areas (including the Scottish islands, IOM, Scilly Isles, Ireland and the Channel Islands) are subject to extra charges and are quoted separately, please accept our apologies if this is not shown clearly at the checkout.
How Our UK Delivery Works
- Same-Day Dispatch: Orders placed before 3pm (subject to stock availability) are dispatched the same day for next working day delivery.
Next-day delivery is not guaranteed, but we’ll do our best! - Orders Placed on a Weekend paying for Next Working Day Delivery will be Dispatched on the Monday for Delivery Tuesday.
