The Hager Consumer Unit Type 2 Surge Protection Kit is a class two Surge Protection Device (SPD) which protects equipment against electrical surges and transient over-voltages with a typical wave form of 8/20 s such as those caused by power surges, insulation failure, arcing ground and resonance.

This kit comes with the cables required to install into any domestic Hager consumer unit.
